🔒 They are not dismissible.
🔁 If more than one banner is active, the app rotates through them automatically.
🌍 Banner text is localized to your app language (including any emojis embedded in the message).
🧑🚀 During onboarding or wallet setup flows, banners may be hidden.
📡❌ If the app can’t fetch banners (for example, no internet), the banner section may be empty.
