Change Password

You can change your Kurncy Wallet account password from the Profile section. This updates the password used to authenticate to your profile, not your wallet PIN.

Before You Start

  • Make sure you know your current password

  • Your new password should be at least 12 characters, with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols

  • Changing your password does not change your on-device PIN

Steps

  1. Open the app and go to Profile

  2. Tap Security Settings

  3. Tap Change Password

  4. Enter your current password

  5. Enter and confirm your new password

  6. Tap Save

If biometrics is enabled, you may be asked to authenticate.

Notes

  • Your wallet PIN remains unchanged; to change it, see Change PIN

  • If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” flow from the login screen

Troubleshooting

  • If the new password isn’t accepted, check minimum length and character requirements

  • If you don’t receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder
