Account: Your user profile in Kurncy Wallet, including personal details and preferences.

Kaspa Address: A unique string used to send or receive cryptocurrency.

Backup: The process of saving your recovery phrase or private key in a secure place.

Biometrics: Face ID, Touch ID, or Android biometrics used for secure app access.

KAS: The native cryptocurrency of the Kaspa network.

KRC20: A token standard on Kaspa, similar to ERC20 on Ethereum.

KNS: Kaspa Name Service, a system for human-readable addresses (e.g., yourname.kas).

NFT: Non-Fungible Token, a unique digital asset stored on the blockchain, KRC721 protocol.

PIN: A personal identification number used to authorize transactions.

Private Key: A secret code that controls access to your wallet. Keep it safe!

Public Key: The public-facing part of your wallet, used to generate addresses.

Recovery/seed Phrase: A set of 12 or 24 words used to restore your wallet.

UTXO: Unspent Transaction Output, the building blocks of your wallet’s balance.

Wallet: A digital container for your KAS, tokens, and NFTs.

Kaspa URI: A payment link starting with kaspa: or kaspatest: that can include an address and optional params like amount.

Universal Link: An https link that opens Kurncy on iOS (when installed) and falls back to the website if not.

App Link: An https link that opens Kurncy on Android (when installed) and falls back to the browser if not.

NFC: Near Field Communication, a short‑range wireless technology used to read compatible tags.
